What is the shipping cost within New Zealand?

• Free for individual orders over $250

• $12 for city delivery under $250

• $12 for rural delivery under $250

How long will delivery take in NZ?

We use CourierPost for all domestic orders:

• North Island: Mostly overnight, but allow up to 2 days

• South Island: Usually next-day delivery
  Deliveries go out Monday to Friday.

• You’ll get a tracking email once your order is packed and ready to ship.

Do you ship to Australia?

Yes, we do!

• Free shipping on orders over $500

• $40 shipping for orders under $350

We ship via NZ Post, with delivery typically taking 7–10 business days.
