Refund policy

Returns Policy:

For full-priced purchases made in-store:
You’re welcome to exchange your item or receive a store credit, which is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

For full-priced purchases made online:
You can choose a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Need to return something? Here’s how:

  1. Get in touch first – Email us at online@labelsboutique.nz within 48 hours of receiving your item.

  2. Send it back – Return the item within 7 days of receiving it. It must be unworn, with original tags, and in the same condition it arrived. All footwear or sunglasses must be returned in the original boxes, undamaged.

Return shipping is at your cost, and we always recommend using a tracked courier – we can’t take responsibility for lost parcels.

We’ll have a record of your sale, but it’s always good to hang onto your receipt just in case.

Please note that we don’t accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Sale items – all sale purchases are final sale.

  • Earrings, perfumes, and skincare – due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.

  • Discounted items – anything purchased using a promo code, during a flash sale, or any in-store/online promotion is considered final sale and can’t be returned.

If you're returning an order for a refund, a $12 shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

    Refunds & Processing Time

    Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined.

    If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (credit card, bank account, etc.) within 3–5 business days of us completing the return.

    Using Afterpay or Laybuy?
    We’ll process your refund through our merchant portal, but please note - once it’s in their system, the timing is out of our hands. Afterpay has advised that refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. 

    Faulty Or Damaged Items

    If you believe your item has a fault, please email images of the fault and your contact details to online@labelsboutique.nz - we are happy to repair where possible, provide you with an exchange item, a store credit or a refund.
